But they don't need to buy beyond.com since software logistics are exactly the same as books and cd's - Amazon has the best technology already. Beyond might have something for downloading software and that is worth something, but not much. I'd rather see them buy a new space with an automated warehouse all set up, thats where the value is for them now... beyond doesn't have that, its a virtual corporation - low volume, etc. Oh, well.
