Just watch closing price on the stock today and
tomorrow. Either today or tomorrow, I expect 92-93.

Not very encouraging if you see this as indicating that 74% of the potential jurors in an private anti-trust action is likely to vote against MSFT.

MSFT needs to end the current action on any reasonable basis ASAP. If this matter gets to a final judgment in the district court, the plaintiff's bar will smell blood and MSFT will have private litigants swarming out of the woodwork.

URL: You are looking at the wrong one. Vote.com has it 75% in favor of MSFT. This site does not allow you to vote more than once either whereas you can vote as many times as you would like on the cnnfn site but what would you expect from Ted Turner. JFD
