John, the May presentation was on Loral's home site before being replaced by the September dog & pony show.

It had a chart titled "Globalstar Breakeven" with "required number of subscribers to cover: (1) "Operating Expense" [EBITDA, really, imho]: 220K
(2) "Operating Expense + Interest": 550K and (3) Operating Expense + Interest + Replace the system" [including depreciation expense, I suppose]: 1,000K

The chart said they would reach point (1) by 2Q2000 and Point (3) by 4Q2000. (It didn't indicate when it would pass point (2))

The chart didn't say how many MoU and wholesale $/minute were assumed, but there seems to be a pretty strong consensus that G* assumes .47$ and 150, respectively.
