So, shareholders in XYBR, if you bought because you
expected to gain value from the announcement that XYBR
and IBM are discussing how much IBM is liable to pay
XYBR for the use of its patents....FORGET IT!!!
If we are to believe what has been said here today!!
The share price was 2 before that announcement and will be
2 after this week if that is all that is holding XYBR up!!

ALL FUR COAT AND NO KNICKERS!!!!!

Scott,

Well I will admit that patent law and/or cross licensing is not an area of expertise for me. I would hope that you would bring up these issues at the XYBR corporate club board so that they can, possibly, be addressed by the company. clubs.yahoo.com
