Vodafone-Mannesmann I love how this act is playing out: 1. Mannesmann receives white knight protection from Vodafone. 2. Mannesmann management then bids for Orange to stay independent and independent from Vodafone. 3. Vodafone management gets rather disturbed at this development. 4. And now Vodafone is turning up the heat under Mannesmann management's buns. 5. Conclusion: Bad move Mannesmann-Your days as an independent company are nearing an end. You gotta love it!
