Winners, Losers & Microsoft by Stan J. Liebowitz and Stephen E. Margolis (The Independent Institute, 1999).

It effectively refutes the "economics" underlying the DOJ's case.

In this case the judge is the "finder of fact." He reaches his conclusions, and this is considered definitive. The appeals court may question his legal opinion, but except in gross mistakes, the judge's findings of fact will stand. MSFT's lawyers did a poor job in their arguments and examinations. Don't expect any FOF to be reversed.
