URL: In the Bristol case the jury from CT found in favor of MSFT against Bristol a CT based company. Jurors are indeed better smarter and fairer than Jackson. JFD

This case won't see jurers -- after this judge it would go to the appellate court where they have already ruled twice in favor of MSFT, against Judge Jackson. After that it would go to the Supreme Court: if a Republican president is elected in 2000, he will surely appoint new judges who do not see business as evil. Even the current Supreme Court has not been eager to vote with the DOJ on antitrust cases.
