I'm guessing that BOTH will occur - new shareholders, plus older ones buying new stock. Some trivia from the annual meeting: They had a table set up to sell e.Digital polo shirts -- very nice quality in black with I believe a beige and green trim, and "e.Digital" sewn into the left front. There may have been other colors, too, but I couldn't get near the table. They were swamped, and I understand the shirts sold for $35. Perhaps they should sell them on the website. All of the EDIG execs were wearing them for the meeting, except Skip Matthews had on a red polo shirt. I was too far back to tell if it was an EDIG shirt. The atmosphere of the meeting was very casual - and extremely crowded. Someone said there were RSVP cards included with the meeting notice, so they could get an idea of how many were coming. I didn't get one of those cards, and my name wasn't on the pre-printed registration list they had. A LOT of people must not have gotten cards because a lot of us were signing in rather than checking our name off the list. The meeting itself was conducted very formally. Everyone who spoke was well-prepared and mostly used a printed outline or script. It made for an organized meeting in which a lot was said and accomplished in just 90 minutes. (I'm sure the web broadcast prompted doing this as they couldn't waste time on-line.) I hope next year we need a room twice as big for twice as many shareholders. Oh yes - we got free EDIG mugs (like last year), but they ran out. Again, a lot of people didn't get RSVP cards or else didn't send them in. Next year you'll know to do that if you want to insure a big enough mug supply - and a chair to sit in. Betty
