CIRC alert: Nice consolidation at 17 5/8 bid 17 3/4 ask. Volume picking up in last two hours. Mostly buys at ask. This one has potential to be big. See previous post today. Big upside potential since way under valued as compared to its industry. Coming out of quiet period at end of month. Recent bottom at 16 with retest. Consolidating at 17 3/4 today after retest of low. Kensey at Clearstation now recommends. Traders starting to come in and take position now. Take a look at todays chart. I gotta feeling....
