And if I decide to develop my own operating system or other software, I can do so without worrying about a larger competitor interfering with my business plan.

Fortunately, at this point, there was nothing in the judge's order that said I have to buy it.

But then again, the night is still young.

Maybe the government can help the PC business like they helped the Phone business 100 years ago.

Notice the similarities between the PC operating system and the "dial tone"??

Judge Jackson and Joel Klein are trying to turn this into the Union of Socialist Amerika.

At this point, the markets, the brokerages, the long term MSFT shareholders are giving them a defiant middle finger.

Bill can intimidate his competitors, ,steal from them but thank god there is a judicial system to catch such a maffia.
