it may be too early to reach a conclusion but the stock price today seems to indicate that all the "bad news" was built into the price. GUESSING that if the ruling had gone the other way the stock would have soared.

other explanation would be that everyone (even zillions of small fries) knew the outcome & that the fof was insignificant in the entire scope of the proceedings.

i think this means that if management's focus is primarily on the value it brings investors they ought to settle asap. i for one am hoping they fight it all the way--if they believe they are right (as i do).

taxman: Of course this was a day to get in cheap and the funds jumped in and the littlew guy who listens to the TV talking heads jumped out. Talk about monopolies TV is the one that wields the power over the little guy and has a lot to say about what bozo gets to run the gov't. Over 90 as I type JFD
