Richard or anyone:

Could someone give me a guide to current ObjectStore licensing costs on Windows NT in the US? TIA.

I mean how does the company position its solution to benefit from the unlocking of mainframe data. Can it adapt to what others are doing, or are they going to persist in their old way of dictating to the market what is the superior solution? The XML development IDE can be used to implement high end middleware at the client. If the functionality is now going to be pushed back to the client, then the integration including DB can or must reside there too, but they both must have a small footprint. That's what Objectstore is all about. So instead of thin client fat server ODIS could target providing a svelte fat client fat server super-integration without a performance hit. It's a best efforts make out market, but it is a possibility, and it does walk the walk.
