Bought BUTY...
DD:
52 Week High: 7.00
52 Week Low: 1.06
Shares Outstanding: 12.8 Million
Estimated Float: 4.5 Million
Actual tradable shares are less than 500K. This explains the spread.

BUTY backed into a shell as a ~$5 stock... the shell was not fully reporting
and was delisted so the MMs ran the stock down to ~$1. BUTY is now fully
reporting.
The company was: ATR Industries (OTC BB:AATR)

BeautyMerchant.com is currently developing its Web site, www.BeautyMerchant.com,
an electronic commerce store front providing cosmetics, fragrances, toiletries
and other personal care items to consumers throughout the world.
BeautyMerchant.com is combining e-commerce market with the $45 billion
cosmetics industry to form a Web site that will become a virtual
superstore, which markets beauty products at discounted prices. Developed
with a true global marketing strategy at its core, www.BeautyMerchant.com
offers a 24-hour shopping experience available in multiple languages.
This web site WILL be up early next month in time for the Christmas Shopping
season.
They have deals set up so far (strategic alliance) strategic marketing alliance
with the Planet Shopping Network (planetshopping.com), an established Internet
Mall with over 300 online stores, including REVLON, CLINIQUE, and JC PENNEY.
BUTY will be launching an aggressive marketing campaign over the coming weeks
to get people over on the site.

BeautyMerchant.com expects the Web site to become a large specialty Internet
retailer of name brand beauty products offered online.

This site will be hosted by the Earthlink Network. The Meurer Group in LA
is designing the site. The site will catalogue products targeting females
18-40 years of age, as well as introducing product lines for pre-teen and
ethnic customers. Also will sell lots of other stuff like Barbie Dolls, other
toys, etc...

www.BeautyMerchant.com will have two sister sites, www.BeautyMerchant.co.uk
in England and www.BeautyMerchant.de in Germany. These additional sites will
provide BeautyMerchant.com with global appeal.

Today's NR was really just a progress report.

News Relase on 28 Oct 99 detailed the The new biz/web site:

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Oct 28, 1999 (BW HealthWire) --
BeautyMerchant.com (OTCBB:BUTY), aiming at becoming the Internet's
premiere one-stop, beauty products and accessories Megasite located a
www.beautymerchant.com, plans to launch its online Superstore by
December 1999.

This will allow consumers the opportunity to become acquainted with the
functionality and product assortment of the web site in advance of what
is typically anticipated to be vigorous holiday season shopping.

Tapping into the exhibited growth of "point and click" online purchase
trends, BeautyMerchant.com will feature a powerful e-commerce driven
shopping mall including major brands of cosmetics, fragrances, popular
beauty accessories, and hair care products. The Company is currently
developing a chain of Internet alliances and affiliations to integrate
its broad marketing strategy and to complement BeautyMerchant.com's
current marketing alliance with Planet Shopping Network
(planetshopping.com).

In order to capitalize on the business-to-consumer e-commerce
relationship as a backbone of revenue generation, BUTY has positioned
itself with leading manufacturers and online sources to insure the
rapid accessibility of thousands of name brand items to be offered at
maximum discount to shoppers worldwide. The Company is confident in its
ability to combine quality service with the prompt filling of customer
orders. After performing thorough evaluations of the web site's
applications and testing its primary functions, BeautyMerchant.com has
concluded that business operations should run smoothly upon launch
date.

The Company has previously reported that it has selected leading ISP
EARTHLINK NETWORK, INC. to provide Web hosting and e-commerce services
because of its advanced and highly reliable infrastructure and power of
their Total Commerce Developer Package using Mercantec(TM) Softcart.
Additionally, the Company has previously filed the required 10SB
registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
This places the Company in compliance with the mandated rule for OTC
companies.

More: This stock has some options on it at $6 and $7 so..... It may just
very well get there... :) In theory, there should not be a lot of stock
coming out before that level. Additionally, the company has all the
requirements met for a NASDAQ listing... except share price.

I bought at $1.25 this morning. Not a rec to buy. Do your own DD.

Mogul:

I played NTRO from its second day and I still hold some. It seems a good company to me. However, weird things have been on from the first day. MLCO is pushing down the price consistently. Everyday, I saw on Level II that MLCO is selling and pushing down the asks. As a lead underwriter, MLCO's active participation of NTRO's trading is understandable. On the other hand, MLCO has been pushing down the price regularly, continuously, and consistently. I heard MLCO is filling a large order for clients. Should that been finished after such a long time? Any way, I appreciate your efforts and messages on this board and just present my thought for you consideration if you believe it has any value.

Regards,
Kent
