Actually, a Czech, I believe. My only point was that someone who finds a Jewish ancestor late in life is not really Jewish. Since I am not a racist, I would hardly think of her as Jewish (the Nazis defined a Jew as someone with a single grandparent who was Jewish)....My father is Jewish, my mother converted for a period of time, and I was raised Jewish for a portion of my childhood. It continues to influence my identity.....
