What don't you understand about filing a Form 10 with the SEC? That is the sure way to get the E removed from the symbol. You would talk about these unofficial pro forma reports, but fail to mention actually filing with the SEC. Why does Rhonda avoid filing and prefer to post unofficial info on a web site? Couldn't be because the SEC would nail her if she lies to them, but posting rosie projections on a website carries no such penalties? Don't you recall a year ago May when CSHK said filing with the SEC was a priority? Whatever happened to that priority?
