Who's giving Dorfman a platform now? I thought he was still under investigation by the SEC...

Well, God bless Dan Dorfman, the crook, if he caused this stock to go up today :-) Actually, I can't imagine Dan Dorfman having much influence over anyone who's been "investing" for more than about five minutes. As stated last week, I believe one or more companies will make a run at NN in the immediate future. That said, if Alcatel is getting ready to offer $24 (U.S.) they're wasting their time. You could probably flip the two and the four and TM would still respond with a loud Bronx cheer. I suspect any successful bid will need to be done without TM's full cooperation. Any here know if TM has the guns to defend hostile takeover?
