NVSN Buyout is just about a done deal: freeedgar.com Proxy has been filed, shareholders meeting has been set. Insiders control 51% of the voting stock: "The Board of Directors has unanimously approved the Merger Agreement..." "ATS and its majority shareholders, Delmar J. Lewis and Claude H. Rumsey, Jr., have advised us that they intend to vote their shares in favor of the Merger Agreement, thus assuring that the Merger will be approved under Delaware law." I think you and I are the only two in this (@.35), looks like Jan. till we get our .50 per share - A BB buyout finally comes true, and we only have to wait to the next millennium to get our money!!
