Actually no, but some article written and released Friday after the bell claims MCI using pairgain equipment to aggresively build its high speed network. I think this realization that the announcement is comming with a day or two is what ran the stock.

Also, according to one board Dorfman was hawking nn as a takeover candidate by ALA for $24 a share and that is what most likely started it running like crazy about 1430hrs or so.
