Well, If one wanted to set up the hit, one might call the victims, knowing that a lot of people come over all the time, and say, I am a heavy hitter investor, I want to come see you, but I don't want you being disturbed so give me a time when we can spend some quality time together, and this is very confidential, so don't tell anyone that I am thinking of investing...

and the victim thinks, If I really want to impress this guy I'll wear a suit, and be busy sorting through papers, and be talking very animately on the phone when he comes in.

That would fit.
