YX, <Good News and Bad news: Good News: confirmation of AMD analyst meeting webcast here amd.com Bad News: It's not live. It's a rebroadcast on 11/16 at 9AM> I don't quite see much good news in this. Rebroadcast at 9AM next day, after the market opens? Geez, how do you spell selective disclosure? The minimum I expect, if they don't have the technology to handle live broadcast, would have been a rebroadcast immediately after the event. Definitely not the next day. AMD management and IR is seriously behind the curve here. I am tempted to write a letter blasting off these guys. This is a sham(e). Does anyone have e-mail address for Jerry Sanders or Frank Barton?

Yougang, Strange, the ability to do live broadcasts is off the shelf? So why not live? Some SEC notification to all ruling equally?. There have been some such rulings here in Canada due to the fact that not all are web capable and so those that are get a jump ahead....so they want traditional PR methods, faxes, telegrams and other stone age stuff. Not only does it put into question the disclosure policies of public companies but it is a slap in the face to those investors who stuck with AMD before and through the long birthing process for the Athlon. I am sure there will be a ground swell of protest. I encourage you to reconsider. Thank you."
