Short of each and every single shareholder calling the company and requesting the resignation and then voting accordingly if they don't, I have no idea.

And I want $16 Million of their options given back to the company.

If institutions are upset enough, they can demand activists on the BoD. Having said that, I ve a bit more sympathy with Chunky. He could have been accused of micromanaging everything. This is a task for the CFO, but like I said before, maybe sloppiness is a bit better than fraudulence. Having said that, 'Goldinger' is really a fishy name to begin with.
