mile, enjoy it while it lasts. you make sense if your view is just the market.

but, if you buy businesses then it makes sense to buy them based upon a reasonable rate of return. paying $30 billion for a company that might never make $1 profit one is absurd - yet people line up to do so. qcom is not in that category, of course, but it sheds light on market psychosis.

they don't want the business, they want the hype.

in the end, hype has no value.

you are lucky to be in since the dow was so low. i presume that you haven't bought recently or a steep correction would take you below breakeven very quickly. you are the exception.

most folks are buying now and not at dow 3000.
