I asked them once if they would be giving their subscribers any kind of credit since they've been having so many problems with their service. They said no because you wouldn't expect a company like Rogers Cable to give you a credit so why should they? I said Rogers Cable doesn't go down every day and cost me in trading losses! They still didn't get it. Lola:) edit . . . CSW has always had this arrogant attitude . . . . even when they first started out they used to treat their customers this way . . . I used to use their service even before it became a paying service . . . there just weren't many options back then but now things are changing.
