We will see a pullback, but not yet. The market is too strong, with good rotation into formerly out-of-favor stocks and sectors. And it looks like people are starting to believe the WC story. Even without WC, PMTC based on current earnings seems cheap compared to other high-tech companies (eg AFCI at 25 earned 8 cents last quarter). With funds and others placing their bets for the next 6 months, a formerly sterling character with good present earnings and a huge potential upside kicker will seem awfully attractive. I expect at least 22 on this move, probably 25, seem retracement, then, depending on news, another leg up.
