hb,

Byrinyi may be very correct about his assessment... technically, the NAZ is in the early stages of a runaway market... these runaway markets typically go for many miles... another 500 points is very reasonable..... conversely, trying to pick a top in a runaway market is madness.....<g>

marketgauge.com

Should now be over 90% sell signals in my database. Been over 80% since Wednesday. Probably the fastest swing I've had from one extreme to the other, 88% buys in October 21, since the wide swings in fall of 1997.

heinz blasnik: I just posted the view, I did not say I agree or disagree. I just made it back to the house and am trying to play catch up...I need to download and take a look at my indicators.

I will say in this mania I've had the best twelve months every trading. Go figure...<g> I think in this market closing ones eyes to the fundamentals (or lack of), can be profitable, but closing the eyes ain't easy...<g> Heck, I started shorting in a big way this past year. What goes straight up, often comes straight back down...timing is everything!

The overall market is on the border of negating my expectation. If the NYA joins the parade, I will capitulate...

heinz, the way the market is running up is beginning to worry me. I really do not want it to end badly. I do not like what that may do to what we do for a living and for fun...

Regards,
LG

"and he's been very accurate throughout the bull market."

So have Fatataglia and Hohen, but then again anyone steadfastly bullish has been "very accurate".
