i'm very happy with today's action.....one thing should be noted here...i follow almost all the time and sales on cs (man i can't wait till they are bought so i don't have to do this) and it gives me a good read to how he (specialist) is moving/matching shares...well today he was filling most of blocks at 21...we had a ton of block buys at 21 from 20k to 250k all day long...so it's very possible he held it back a bit today..

some may disagree with me on this but lets say there is a deal that is done but not ready to be released for various reasons ..and this specialist is made aware of this and moves the stock according to the players involved.....this is why most takeovers have premiums which are in the 10+ point range....if he were to let cs run to the mid or high 20's and then a buyout is announced at lets 34 you are going to have a lot of pissed off shareholders...ie..lawsuits ....

so the downside to this is if we are now in the 10 to 15 point range i doubt we will move much higher from here..maybe 23 area....BUT if we continue to move up into the mid 20 range i think we will be looking at a 40$ deal and that may be what patel has in store for us and to why the takeover hasn't happen yet...he knows cs is in the prime position to demand a high price for the company...there is NO competition now that the other networkers are gone.. keep in mind all the companies out there rumored to want cs..and don't forget a few weeks back when cnbc (maria b.) stated to keep an eye on cs that rumors on the floor of gec and nokia making a bid for them....it's more then a rumor now my friend
