Initially, I would have preferred to see Microsoft break up the U.S. Government. However, since Ballmer opened his big uninvited mouth a couple of months ago, well......let's just say I won't be heeding Microsoft's plea to contact my congressman to protest their treatment at the government's hands.

It seems the prospect of breaking up/de-monlopolizing Microsoft caused a relief rally in related tech stocks. Amazing the pressure that MS has on these companies.
A breakup of Intel would probably be good for many stocks as well. Not a bad idea?
