OT: Cheryl, I've mentioned this before, but have you ever noticed Scott McNeally, SUNW CEO, talks like porky pig. Thufferin Thuckatash, got to admit he is a good CEO. Actually, I'm thinking of picking up some SUNW options for a split play.

I don't blame McNeally for trashing MSFT, and then going crying to the government. Heck, it's a good play for SUNW. But it's not something I would do, it's just not right.

Is Unix or Solaris open source? I actually don't know...or do they have to achieve a certain market share to be forced to do so.

But you already have recommended that the government get into the computing business: www3.techstocks.com I just wanted to make sure that if they did, all the best options are considered. No matter which standard the government chose the playing field would be leveled and the Microsoft anti-trust suit would be moot. Of course, I'd be a little bit concerned about the pace of future improvements and innovations. Wouldn't you?
