Castle Creek had a chance to convert at a price as low as $4.61 and they did not. They also have not converted in the face of a rising conversion price. The above strongly suggests they expect to convert at a price lower than $4.60. How much lower remains to be seen.

Updated conversion information: The conversion price rose to 4.94 today from 4.90 yesterday. The Oct 27 closing bid of 4 7/16 went stale today, and drops out before noon tomorrow. Tomorrow, the Oct 28 closing bid of 4 9/16 goes stale. Unless the closing bid prices drop below these expiring prices, the conversion price will continue to rise.
