More info re the elves at: mpt.org I wouldn't say that she was disgraced in public. Gail makes no secret of her bearish outlook whenever she gets a chance. And she freely acknowledges that she's been wrong. For whatever reason, she's unable to change her outlook whether it's for the short, mid or long term. Lou politely explained that this approach was just not consistent with the intent of the elves' forecast. IMO, Lou likes to have fun. And that's all the elves' forecast is - a bit of levity.
