i saw it...yep... louie said that she didn't have enuf halos. to get one you have to be right on the direction of the mkt 3 mos prior, so if you are bullish and the mkt goes up > 5 %, you get a halo...<5 or > -5 means you should have been neutral and < 5 means you should have been bearish...her track record was about 17 % (don't quote me its a vague recollection) louie replaced her with alan bond, no doubt a bull... maybe there is something on the web site www.pbs.org i never thought of checking but may now
