LOL Steve, its been a long day. I thought I was responding to a post on the PLCO thread, thus my heart rendering post. <gg> The European offering is being made in Europe because they are hoping to be the ETYS of Europe. ( Go to the PLCO thread and read the press release of a week or so ago) They have JUST opened the German site www.webjumbo.de. Apparently the European toy market is ripe for an ETYS type presence as its a vacuum right now. The IPO is going to trade/be priced, Nov. 19. The new website in North America, I was told by Playco, would be opened before the new year. Terms of the warrants???? Roughly its one right to a PLCOP plus 5$. You'll have to chase it down yourself. Its all there on the PLCO thread. Re: the disparity of the Ps to the commons, yup - a mind boggler. This situation is about to find equilibrium soon I'd bet. Perhaps today was the start. Regards C
