<Ariba Inc. (ARBA 181 1/2 +8 15/16): announced an agreement with Siebel Systems (SEBL 134 3/8 +6 1/8) to integrate Ariba e-commerce solutions and the Ariba Network platform with Siebel Front Office Applications> What am I missing here- ARBA in cahoots with a gorilla, and stock price barely budges, on a relative scale. Momentum is surely with CMRC, but I am not qualified to figure out who deserves their astronomical valuation more. The B2B tornado is absolutely breathtaking- we have not even seen consolidation phase yet in these companies.
