I'm not sure why you posted this here since it appears to be primarily of interest to Q investors but I don't know that it is possible to respond in a forum different from the original post so..

I don't remember Gregg saying anything negative about the previous split. Can you provide a link? I recall that he had the utmost faith and trust in Qualcomm management and their decisions.

I don't think a split would help the shorts, although they certainly deserve a little mercy (if they are still solvent).

Good thing you didn't get caught-up in the Qualcomm house of cards. Keep your hard earned $$ in IDC. How are they doing these days?
