If RT3 is outdated, what do you use, enlighten me? If you want to talk about getting out quick, how are you going to see ECN's, for example ISLD, REDI, ARCA, BRUT etc.. without having level II, maybe you have some system I have never heard of, hopefully I will get an explanation soon

peace

RT3 is an outdated piece of junk

Your comment is pretty much junk too if
you do not offer an alternative. What
up to date execution system do you use
and/or recc.? I use TRADECAST myself and
like it very well.
I especially like it when a stock has hit
my buy stop and I "Monster Swipe" the offers
and take out all the MM's. Then the rest of
the herd piles on and the runup continues. While
it is true that preffing the MM's to get out
of a loser is quite painful... The inverse is
true when swiping the offers and watching them
lift. I could not play it like this w/out L2 data.
It is just another tool (like a hammer) that can be
used to build up an account or tear
it down like a wrecking ball. Level2 will never tell
you what is going to happen beyond a few seconds at best
but it will help you determine what execution strategy
to use to get the best fill.
