Hi Ron, Excellent post on why ECNC needs a board of directors. One thing to keep in mind is that eConnect does have a board, just not the right board. We need a list and profile of everyone that is on the board to determine why each person is on the board and what their contribution to the board is. If they don't have strong ties to the outside (CEOs of other companies within our industry) than they should be replace. Every director should be able to pull his/her weight independent of the others. IMO Scoob

I agree Ron. Ewiser on RB also pointed out that more importantly in the short term, Tom needs to utilize his middle management more effectively and delegate more control of day to day to them. He needs to quarterback not play all the positions as he has tried. I think he is moving in that direction....slowly. btw....my subscription to SI is about to give out. I am getting prompted to renew. As I posted some time ago....I do not intend to continue paying....not happy with the changes....not as easy to navigate. I post alot more on RB now....but will miss PM's and miss those of you who don't post on RB. I hope my friends who post both places will keep me in the loop and copy back and forth when appropriate. Love you guys! But I'm a damn cheapskate! LOL
