only have this construct for international equity...

GlobalTEL = DT + TMX + NTT : NOK + ALA

...in general, the right-hand-side of the ":" will grow or decay faster, given a bullish or bearish market scenario, than the construct's bellwether basis on the left-hand-side; it acts like "leverage", and will amplify gain or decay of the entire sector construct.

Though this construct is obviously "phone companies", the idea is really to come up with a global investment that will consistently better the WEBS country-index standards. imho, "GlobalTELs" above will out-perform...

Global = EWG + EWW + EWJ : EWD + EWQ
