Good question...
1) CKY is oversold due to Newbridge share price.
2) the Newbridge talk that someone will take a run at the company. At this price I would think they are lining up at the door with cheques.
3) CKY's push to get more clients and grow the business. IM has stated at the agm that he wants the company to grow to 250 million in two years from 45 million currently.
4) it could be the company buying back very undervalued shares.

Helmut, IBM / Tivoli deal is the only announcement that I am aware of wrt to CKEY. The stock has been trending down for the last few months, so perhaps some shorts covering their positions.
