"More Lawyers in Georgia than the whole of Japan. " That's mainly because Japan's legal system is still sort of like Marshall Law, left over from the occupation, if you are accused you are pretty much guilty, therefore you really don't need a lawyer. Think of the money the taxpayer's save.
