I don't think so.

The two most promising mutual funds in this space that I could find are TIFQX and the Jacobs Internet Fund. The latter fund has not launched yet, but if you do searches on "Ryan Jacobs" you will find it. He is the most successful mutual fund manager in recorded history. If you read a lot of the articles about Ryan Jacobs, he is very much tuned in to the next generation of internet investments (i.e. B2B). He sold his position in AMZN in March 1999.

TIFQX is some Silicon Valley techies who decided to start a mutual fund. They use their technical expertise to pick which of these young companies will ultimately be winners. They were the featured fund on the cover of Mutual Fund magazine in November. They are up a few hundred percent this year.
