Probably because they know where the Americans will tell them to stick it if they try to charge them the same ridiculously high rates they charge us for Nasdaq level II. I doubt there are many Americans who would bother going with CSW even at the reduced price . . . except you of course because you trade mostly Canadian stocks and might want the Nasdaq level II as well.
