Diamond, That's a .dll error, just reboot. There's a lot of third party software out there, you can't necessarily blame it on the operating system. Check all the registry settings of everything you've installed and make sure there's no errors.

Any idea why I get this about once a week? ----------------- 3D TEXT caused an invalid page fault in module V128IIGL.DLL at 0177:69531ae5. Just as an absolute guess, from the name of the module I'd say you have a Voodoo II card with an Open-GL driver and there's a bug in the driver. Complain to your video card manufacturer. Anywhere close to the right answer?
