Bell Microproducts Enters New Distribution Agreement with JNI Corporation

Leading Distributor to Market JNI Fibre Channel Host Bus Adapters

SAN JOSE, Calif., Nov. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Bell Microproducts Inc.
(Nasdaq: BELM), widely recognized as a leading value-added provider of
computer products and semiconductors, has signed a distribution agreement with
JNI Corp., (Nasdaq: JNIC) a leading developer and manufacturer of high-
performance Fibre Channel host bus adapters. Under the agreement, Bell
Microproducts will distribute JNI's line of FibreStar host bus adapters and
software.

Bell Microproducts will be distributing the FibreStar line of PCI-to-Fibre

link. FibreStar products are engineered for high-performance combined with
low CPU utilization, highly-efficient physical layer design and modular
software structure.
JNI joins a growing list of suppliers in Bell Microproduct's Fibre Channel
Connectivity Product program.
