I think the best way around this would be to have someone from this thread who knows the management to get them to address these issues directly. Why is it so difficult for them to raise some decent capital with all these patents and they have to settle for these loan sharks? This is pretty desperate and the no-floor deal is not something that management with ANY brains what-so-ever would agree to unless they were desperate. I would love to hear the management's explanation on these things, as I am sure most others would as well.
