Yesterday, Lanier's stock got off to as good a start as its web site did.

I thought it might drop blow the price of a share of EDIG.

There is a cash requirement for Nasdaq?

You make a good point about the working capital issues. However, if EDIG was very close to finalizing a deal or two or three then EDIG would be very confident in its future cash flow that if it thought the current stock price was a bargain it might find that buying its own stock now could payoff in future cash for the company when they sell it back to the market.

To me the questions are:

Does EDIG consider the current price a bargain?

Does EDIG believe the future price will be substantially greater in the near future?

How close (in time) is EDIG to making a deal that would "completely eclipse" the LR deal?

-----

If EDIG is not close to making a deal, why should investors buy shares now instead of later? If investors wait until later then the stock would not go up soon and EDIG would be correct in not buying back some of its stock.
