Just for the record, Judge Jackson is considered a very conservative judge and was appointed by President Reagan for that very reason. Anyhow it's good to see that there is really a lot of support for the Microsoft view from the right wing minority in our society - the part that prides itself on being slightly to the right of Hitler.
