San Diego, Nov 9, 1999 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- QUALCOMM Incorporated (Nasdaq: QCOM), pioneer and world leader of Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) digital wireless technology, today announced that it has acquired various assets of Simac Mobile Solutions bv, Triptech International bv, Simac Techniq Ltd, and Simac Technic NV, located in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. As part of the acquisition, Simac Mobile Solutions' workforce, including engineering, administration and management, will transfer to QUALCOMM Netherlands bv.
