Hi Jerry, I also am very proud to be associated (though this thread) with some of the most knowledgeable and intelligent investors around. Even though I have invested for a number of years, I also feel very naive at times. There is some much to learn that I don't think that I will ever learn it all, but I am trying. As far as the board of directors, I feel that if they are the best board members in ECNC's industry, the stock price will take care of its self. It seems like ECNC already spends to much time trying to move the stock price. Scoob
