Frank, I thought MT didn't have much downside when I first bought in July of 1998. Boy was I wrong. Fortunately, as it dropped, I kept buying, and when it rose in October and November of 1998, I got out. I have continued to monitor MT, but have resisted buying back in. It may be at the bottom, but it is in two very weak sectors, healthcare and budget motels. It will be interesting to see whether it jumps up or down when the dividend cut is announced.
