Art, the best time to Buy MSFT over the last 16 years has
been when the sentiment is the worst. It is as bad as it
gets, keep in mind that when sentiments turn bullish on
MSFT it commands 75 PE. It is trading at about 15 PE
discount or about $23 lower than where it could be.

-art: When IBM insisted on distributing SmartSuite, Jackson found, Microsoft withheld its new Windows 95 software from IBM until 15 minutes before the product's official release

Did IBM get it? Yes. This is called hard ball not restraint of trade. This is typical of the Judges findings. What might happen, what could happen don't a crime make. Just like a lot of tough talk like "let's cut off their air supply" is not a crime whereas choking someone to death is. Everything he cites is pure speculation. What might happen in the judges mind is not a punishable event. The DOJ, once they lose their attack dog Jackson, will have no case before the Appellate Court. JFD
